On July 11-12, the 2025 CBRC Financial Power High-End Forum was held at Shihezi University in Xinjiang. Dean Jiang Jingjing was invited to attend and delivered a keynote speech on digital currency and the construction of a financial power. Dr. Xiao Wendong from Department of Finance also joined the event.

This forum was jointly hosted by Shihezi University, the China Banking Research Center (CBRC), and the Advanced Financial Manager Administration Committee (AFMA). It brought together scholars from numerous prestigious universities including Renmin University of China, Peking University, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance, University of International Business and Economics, Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), National Taiwan University, and Beijing union University, as well as industry experts from financial institutions and regulatory bodies. The forum facilitated in-depth discussions on cross-border finance, financial talent development, and opening-up to the west.

Jiang Jingjing delivered an excellent speech focusing on the development trends of digital currency both domestically and internationally, and the six key elements for building a financial power, which was highly commended by the attending experts and scholars. During the roundtable forum session, Jiang Jingjing exchanged views on financial talent cultivation and our university's industry demand-oriented professional talent training model. Active participation in this high-end forum not only helps enhance our university's academic influence but also promotes exchanges and cooperation both within and outside the university, builds bridges for university-enterprise collaboration, and drives the deep integration of financial education and practice.
